If you’ve had a sudden or “acute” injury, it would be best to allow between 48-72 hours before coming in for treatment. Remember in these instances that “Ice is Nice” and that applying heat can have just the opposite effect when applied to acute injuries.
If you have any acute contagious infections such as cellulitis with MRSA or ringworm for example. Once you have completed a course of antibiotics or the rash has cleared you can resume massage.
If you are sick you should rest and reschedule, especially if you suspect you may have a fever. Having a massage in this condition may rapidly worsen your symptoms and could possibly spike your fever! Also, now with Covid 19, you must complete an additional screening intake form prior to your session.
Important Note: If you arrive at your appointment and it is clear you should not be having massage because of a medically-related condition, your appointment will be rescheduled. Please call me in advance if you are unsure of whether to keep your appointment or reschedule it. Always better to be safe and cautious, especially with the current state of public health we are experiencing.

Milford Massage is located right off the Milford Oval, directly across the street from the historic landmark Olde Kilkenny Irish Pub on 30 Middle Street. The entrance to the space is the door on the left(you will see a bright "Milford Massage and Bodywork" logo in the glass window of the door). Free parking is conveniently located in the side lot right next to the building.
